MRO (Maintenance, Repairs and Operations) Supervisor
management of Maintenance, Repair, and Operations activities. You will lead teams, managing inventory, and ensuring the availability of critical parts to support
uninterrupted gene/cell therapy manufacturing operations while focusing on cost control and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Operations:
Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of MRO personnel, ensuring proper training and efficient performance.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the MRO department, including inventory management and distribution.
Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve operational efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance MRO processes.
Inventory & Procurement Management:
Manage inventory levels for ordering, ensuring availability of spare parts for maintenance activities.
Collaborate with procurement to ensure and cost-eƯective acquisition of MRO
materials.
Oversee management of service contracts and work agreements with vendors.
Maintain critical spares inventory for building utility systems.
Compliance & Communication
Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and company standards related to MRO activities.
Communicate effectively with maintenance teams, operations, and procurement
stakeholders.
Provide regular reporting on inventory status, procurement needs, and operational metrics.
Education and Experience:
B.S. degree in Engineering or a related field required or equivalent experience in the related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in MRO inventory management including SAP ERP or Coupa spend management software.
Experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and practices.
Experience with procurement processes and vendor management.
Proficiency in relevant software applications (ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite).
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $86,816.00 - $130,224.00. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles).
